Dear ThePleasuretrove

These days we seem to only put pen to paper when dissatisfied with products and services however, I think it is equally important to make the same effort to reward excellent service.

My boyfriend had arranged a weekend away at a 'mystery' location prior to leaving me for six months to travel to Australia - needless to say I wanted to make sure that the weekend was going to be one to remember, and not because of the sightseeing! Being the slightly disorganised type, I decided only a couple of days before that a more creative approach was required to the trip but didn't really know where to start. After visiting thepleasuretrove.com my panic was over, the range of products was vast and certainly an education. The look of the site itself made me feel like I was browsing an exclusive boutique, the descriptions of the products made it easy for me to select my weapons for my last weekend with my boyfriend.

As an added extra I telephoned ThePleasuretrove to see if they could provide me with products that were not already on the site (furry handcuffs, cliché I know but great fun) they kindly ordered these for me and were hugely helpful.

Ordering the products was easy, and they arrived the very next day - outstanding! Being a first time purchaser you never know what to expect through the post, I was delighted at the packaging and quality of the products. I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent service I tell all my friends and colleagues about the site and wish you the very best for
the future.

My weekend in Dublin was excellent, I must go back in the near future to see what the City is actually like - hotel was great though! I am visiting my boyfriend in Thailand in December so will certainly be making another visit to ThePleasuretrove - much to my boyfriends delight.
