This website is operated and owned by Debsco Limited trading as The Pleasuretrove (here on in "the vendor"). These terms and conditions (“T & C’s”) set out the terms and conditions of trade between the Vendor and the purchaser (here on in “the user”) by entering The Pleasuretrove Website (the "Site") and trading.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions that take effect on the date you first use the site. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Users of this site must be at least 18 years of age and /or have the right to possess adult related material in their community. By entering this website, you agree that you have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any liability which may arise if you, the user, violates any laws and you will be solely responsible for your actions.

To avoid doubt, no contract will exist between the purchaser (you) and the vendor (Debsco Ltd) for the sale by the vendor to you of any products unless and until we send you an e-mail confirming that your product has been dispatched.

To the best of our ability, we ensure all products are displayed on our website. The products are described as accurately as possible, however the product colours and materials may differ slightly to those that are shown. In order to ensure that all items are of the highest quality, we reserve the right to alter, withdraw, amend and improve any description or items specified in our literature or on our website without prior notice, this is mainly due to manufacturers changes and improvements.

It is sometimes necessary to send an alternative of equal or improved quality at no extra cost to the purchaser, if this is not suitable to you, please notify us at the time of placing your order.

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Where dimensions and sizes are given, these are approximate. Batteries are not supplied with products unless stated. If batteries are supplied with the products from the manufacturer, the vendor is not responsible for these batteries.

Overseas Orders:

For orders placed and sent to any destination outside of the United Kingdom, you are confirming that you have checked the laws regarding the country of destination that the goods are going to and that these goods are legally permitted in that said country. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for any goods that are seized or confiscated by authorities in the country you have chosen the goods to be sent to. The vendor is not responsible for any losses, levies or taxes that may result from goods being sent to foreign countries.
